Linking users between Slack and JIRA
Slack workspace members are connected to their JIRA accounts automatically by email address associated with the accounts in Slack & JIRA.
Data accessed by pm.bot
pm.bot can update task summary, description, assignee, due date and leave comments on tickets.
pm.bot communicates using the task title (summary) and id from JIRA. No other fields are accessed by pm.bot on existing tasks:
