We record account information associated with the Slack account used to install pm.bot. This email is used to identify you as the Slack workspace owner.
We store the authentication information as authorized by you, necessary to connect to JIRA and Slack APIs.
We store mapping of Slack account id to JIRA account id, to connect the two systems.
We DO NOT store any PII information, with the exception of Slack Workspace admin account details, as noted above. Our access and use of data from JIRA/Slack is strictly limited to the operational requirements of the service.
We store configuration parameters as specified by you, logs, history of your actions.
